Michigan's First Premier Lender Welcome to MCDC is a non-profit corporation certified by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) to offer SBA 504 financing throughout Michigan. As a selected participant in the SBA Premier Certified Lender Program (PCLP), the MCDC is able to provide improved customer service and more rapid turn around time. PCLP status is an elite designation awarded to less than 10% of the certified development corporations in the country. This allows the MCDC to step into the role of the SBA and approve loan transactions. The MCDC was the first CDC in Michigan to be awarded the elite PCLP status.
